Joke- Bathtub test

笑話 – 浴缸小試驗

During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director
what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient
should be institutionalized.


在拜訪精神病院時, 一個訪客問院長: 如何知道一個精神病患者是否已經可以出院了?

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a
teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to
empty the bathtub."

院長說: “我們會將一個浴缸放滿水, 然後提供一個湯匙, 一個茶杯, 和一個水桶給某個病人, 然後叫他/她把浴缸的水弄掉.”


"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the
bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup.


“噢, 我了解了”. 這個訪客說. “一個正常人會選擇用水桶, 因為它比湯匙和茶杯都來得大”






"No." said the Director, "A normal person would pull the plug.


“不” 院長說: “一個正常人會把浴缸底的塞子拉起來就好了.”
